Our Philosophy

The ultimate goal of psychotherapy is to learn the process of making good choices which facilitates self discovery. The cumulative effect of those choices creates the sort of life you live. Fees
Clients who work the therapeutic process generally consider psychotherapy well worth the investment of time and money. Individual therapy sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour. The out of pocket cost begins at $170 for an initial session, then $130 for a 30-minute follow-up session or $150 for a 45-minute follow up session.
We additionally participate with Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance programs.
